The Tokenistry logo, colours and wording, for partners and press.
What you need to name Tokenistry correctly in a proposal, a client deck, a co-branded page or an article: the logo as vector and PNG files, the palette, and descriptions that are accurate about what Tokenistry is and what it is not.
Logo
Use the full logo wherever there is room. The mark on its own is for square and very small spaces: an avatar, a favicon, an app tile. SVG is the master file; the PNGs are for tools that cannot take SVG.

Backgrounds

The colour logo on the two light ones, the reversed logo on the two dark ones. On anything else, use whichever one-colour logo has more contrast.
What not to do with it
Use the files as supplied. These are the common ways a logo gets damaged on its way into someone else's template.
Colour
Mostly white and gray, a little black, and red as a precise accent: roughly 85 to 90 percent grayscale, 5 to 10 percent dark surface, 5 percent red. Red belongs on the mark, a primary button, or the one element of a diagram that matters. Never a red section or a red slide.

For print, match Pantone 186 C and let your printer convert it to CMYK for the stock. On black, small red text is hard to read; below 24 px use the lighter tint #e8465c. The mark and large type keep the full red.

IBM Plex Sans
Text and headings
Headings at 600, subheadings at 500, body at 400. Nothing heavier than 600, and no serif display faces. Authority comes from size and space, not weight.
IBM Plex Mono
Technical labels
Identifiers, captions and small uppercase labels with wide letter spacing. Not for running text.
Both are free under the SIL Open Font License from github.com/IBM/plex. Where they cannot be installed, use Helvetica Neue, then Arial.

How visible Tokenistry is to a client is agreed in the engagement: some partners name us, some keep a single point of contact, and a Tokenistry Backoffice deployment can run under the partner's own name and logo with nothing of Tokenistry in it.

Do not say or imply
- A partnership status, tier, certification or exclusivity that is not in a written agreement with Tokenistry.
- That Tokenistry endorses an issuer, an instrument or an offering.
- That Tokenistry gives legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice, or acts as issuer, broker, custodian or KYC provider.
- Prices, timelines or service levels on Tokenistry's behalf. Ask first.
- Tokenistry as part of a company, product, domain or account name of your own.
Send co-branded material to contact@tokenistry.com before it goes out. Material that only refers to Tokenistry, using these files and descriptions unaltered, does not need to be sent.
Imagery
Tokenistry is shown through its product and its architecture: diagrams, schematics and the operator console. Black, graphite and gray with thin rules, and one red element where the diagram's point is. No stock photography, coins, handshakes, buildings, gold or glowing networks. For current screenshots and diagrams, ask us rather than capturing your own.
The Tokenistry name and logo belong to Tokenistry. These guidelines permit their use to refer to Tokenistry accurately, and nothing more; any other use needs written permission.
